At Santosree Collective, we take care to pack and dispatch every order safely. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

📦 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of receiving the product/parcel.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
  • Supported by a clear parcel opening / unboxing video

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear opening/unboxing video is compulsory for any return, refund, replacement, damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel
  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides
  • Show the complete opening process without cuts or pauses
  • Clearly show the product received

Returns or refund requests will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product is used, worn, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • The unboxing video is not provided
  • The product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • The item was purchased during a clearance sale or final sale (if mentioned at the time of purchase)

⚠️ Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged product, missing item, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Complete unboxing video

After verification, we will offer a suitable solution such as replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the case.

💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or agreed payment mode within 7–10 working days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or missing product verified through the unboxing video.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered, and only after verification of the unboxing video.
